Crossroad Scores High Marks in Patient Satisfaction
To ensure that Crossroad Health Center is meeting the many health care needs of our patients, we participate in regular patient satisfaction surveys conducted by Midwest Clinicians' Network. Our most recent survey from December 2015 shows we are succeeding in providing excellent health care while treating patients with the respect and dignity they deserve.
The patient satisfaction survey queried patients on 36 areas of care. Crossroad ranked above average in 31 of those areas. Crossroad scored at or above the regional average for all Midwestern federally qualified health centers in the following:

The patient satisfaction survey queried patients on 36 areas of care. Crossroad ranked above average in 31 of those areas. Crossroad scored at or above the regional average for all Midwestern federally qualified health centers in the following:
- Ease of accessing care: From phone calls to scheduling appointments to wait times at the health center, patients rated Crossroad highly.
- Quality of our facility: Patients commented favorably on our clean waiting and exam rooms, our handicapped accessibility, and the ease of finding our health center sites.
- Front desk staff: Crossroad was noted for its friendly and helpful service.
- Medical staff: Our medical assistants, nurses and providers scored high marks in listening to patients, spending enough time, answering questions, providing good advice and treatment, and more.
- Overall experience: A majority of patients reported that staff talked with them about their health goals, provided a copy of their health plan, and helped them make appointments with other providers or for specialty care.
- Would you send your friends and family to us?: A full 97% said yes!
