What healthcare services are provided at Crossroad?
Crossroad Health Center strives to provide excellent healthcare
that treats the whole person - mind, body and spirit - regardless
of a person's ability to pay for services. Crossroad serves as a
"medical home" to patients of all ages. Services include
immunizations, yearly health exams, management of acute
and chronic health problems, pre-natal care, podiatry and
mental health services. Many staff are bi-lingual, providing
Spanish interpretation.

How much does it cost to see a doctor at Crossroad?
No one is turned away because of their inability to pay for
services. Crossroad offers a sliding fee scale payment schedule
for patients with no insurance, with a minimum co-pay of only
$15. Medicaid, Medicare, most commercial insurances and
self-pay are accepted.
