All Crossroad sites will be closed on Good Friday and Holy Saturday. We will reopen on Monday, 4/21/25. We hope you enjoy a joyful and restful Easter with your family. For any emergencies, our on-call services will remain available.

All sites will be closed today 4/11/2025 for the CCHF Conference so that our staff can refresh and learn from other Christian Health centers in the nation.  If you have an emergency our emergency lines are still open.
