To allow our team to celebrate the New Year with their families, all of our locations will be closed on Monday January 1st, and will reopen on Tuesday January 2nd. May God bring you and your families many Blessings in the New Year.

Crossroad Health Center would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.  As a reminder we are closed from Friday 12/22/23 through Monday 12/25/23 and will reopen on Tuesday 12/26/23.  There will also be no Saturday hours on 12/23/23.
