Crossroad Breaks Ground on New OTR Site

On June 25, 2025, Crossroad Health Center, with partners 3CDC, Truist and the Corporation for Supportive Housing, broke ground for our new Over-the-Rhine location near Findlay Market. Mayor Aftab Pureval, a keynote speaker, recognized the city’s support for Crossroad and our mission. The new site will replace the current clinic at 5 E. Liberty Street, which the health center has outgrown. It will feature 21 exam rooms in a 21,500-square-foot space, and is expected to open in April 2026.
