Kristen Mullen, PharmD, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky in 2013. She brings experience working as a community pharmacist in retail and as a clinical pharmacist reviewing prior authorizations for a major health insurance company. An avid UK basketball fan, Kristen also enjoys puzzles, hand-lettering and playing trivia with her friends.
