2025 Drive Fore Diabetes: Tee off for a Healthier Tomorrow
We hope you’ll join us on Monday, September 8th for the 2025 Drive Fore Diabetes Golf Classic. Four Bridges Country Club has generously agreed to host us again in their beautiful, newly renovated Clubhouse:
- 11:00am Boxed lunch and driving range available for warm-up
- 11:15am Silent Auction bidding to begin
- 12:30pm Shotgun Start featuring an 18-hole scramble
- 5:00pm A light, dinner by the bite immediately following golf
- 5:30pm Winners of golf and auction announced and message from Crossroad Health Center
There are a few different ways you can help besides telling friends about the event:
- Put together a Foursome – $300 per person or $1,200 per foursome covers lunch, golf, cart and light dinner plus the Games Package (valued at $50pp)
- Consider a sponsorship – We have $250 hole sponsorships through $10,000 presenting sponsorships for you or your company
- Make a donation or give a silent auction/raffle prize
