Pharmacy Services
Crossroad’s pharmacy works closely with our medical staff to provide high-quality services to our patients. Our pharmacists make it easy for you to fill your prescriptions at our on-site pharmacy. The pharmacy is also open to individuals in the community
Our pharmacy services include:
- Prescription discounts for Crossroad Health Center patients through the 340B program. These discounts can be significant, allowing you to get medications at a much lower cost than you would find at a commercial pharmacy
- Adult vaccinations
- Automatic refills (when applicable)
- 90-day supplies (when applicable)
- We accept Medicaid, most Medicare plans and many commercial insurances, including Express Scripts, Optum Rx, CVS Caremark, Humana and more.

We hope to add more pharmacy locations in the future
Patients at other Crossroad locations may have their prescriptions filled at the OTR pharmacy. They can be delivered to your preferred Crossroad site: Western Hills or Harrison. Mt. Auburn patients can pick up prescriptions at the OTR location.

8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1 p.m.
