Crossroad OTR Pharmacy Open to Community!
Crossroad OTR’s pharmacy is now open to the community! Find us at 5 E. Liberty St. at the corner of Vine and Liberty. The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Closed for lunch 12:30-1 p.m.) Prescription discounts are available for Crossroad patients.
Our pharmacy services include:
- Prescription discounts for Crossroad patients through the 340B program. These discounts can be significant, allowing you to get medications at a much lower cost than you would find at a commercial pharmacy
- Adult vaccinations
- Automatic refills (when applicable)
- 90-day supplies (when applicable)
- We accept Medicaid, some Medicare plans and many commercial insurances, including CareSource, Buckeye, Molina, United Healthcare plans and more
Patients at other Crossroad locations may have their prescriptions filled at the OTR pharmacy. They can be delivered to your preferred Crossroad site: Western Hills or Harrison. Mt. Auburn patients can pick up prescriptions at the OTR location. We hope to add more pharmacy locations in the future.
