Grab your clubs for a cause! Join us for our annual Drive Fore Diabetes Golf Tournament. Every swing helps fund essential care, medication and support for Crossroad’s low-income patients who are managing their diabetes.
As a nonprofit, federally-qualified health center serving the Greater Cincinnati community, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality, affordable care. Thanks to our golfers and sponsors, we are able to expand access to critical diabetes care and life-changing resources to those most in need.

- 179 patients received continuous glucose sensors through our partnership program
- 102 patients received RetinaVue retinal screenings
- 7 patients began using Omnipod insulin pump technology
