Memorial Day 2025

Memorial Day Closure Notice

In observance of Memorial Day, all Crossroad Health Center locations will be closed Monday, May 26.

We take this time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We are sincerely grateful for their sacrifice and for all who have served.

While our offices will be closed, on-call services will remain available for urgent medical needs.

We will resume normal operations Tuesday, May 27.
